You agree not to share, disclose, or transfer your account information to any other individual. If you share your password or allow unauthorized access to your account, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or permanently ban your account without prior notice.

Any unauthorized use of the program, including accessing content or services not intended for your membership level, is strictly prohibited and will result in disciplinary action.

  • Respect for Privacy: Members must respect the privacy and personal information of other participants. Sharing personal information or discussions from our platform without explicit consent is prohibited.

  • Appropriate Behavior: You agree to engage with other members in a professional and respectful manner. Harassment, discrimination, hate speech, and disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. Such actions may result in immediate removal from the program.

  • Compliance with Program Guidelines: All members must follow the terms outlined in the program’s code of conduct, guidelines, and these Terms and Conditions. Non-compliance with these guidelines can lead to warnings or termination of membership without refund.

By agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge your responsibility to act in good faith and to uphold the integrity of the Arab Women United community. Failure to adhere to these responsibilities will result in consequences, including removal from the program, without refund, at the discretion of the program administrators.

3. Code of Conduct

We uphold a strict code of conduct to ensure a safe and inclusive environment for all members. By joining Arab Women United, you agree to:

  • Treat all members with kindness and respect.

  • Refrain from sharing offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate content.

  • Members must respect others' privacy and refrain from sharing personal data or conversations outside the group without consent.

  • The admin team reserves the right to remove any member who violates these guidelines.

6. Conflict Resolution

We strive to maintain a positive and supportive community. If a conflict arises between members, the following will apply:

  • Any members involved in personal disputes, harassment, or disruptive behavior will be immediately removed from the community.

  • Arab Women United will not mediate personal conflicts; all members are expected to conduct themselves with professionalism and respect.

  • Members who believe they were unfairly removed may email us for review, and we will assess the situation accordingly.

  • Repeated violations or disruptive behavior will result in permanent banning from the program.

7. Workshop Participation

Workshops are designed to provide education and guidance on various topics. Participation is voluntary, and while we encourage engagement, members should assess the relevance of the information shared to their personal circumstances. We may record or document workshops for educational purposes. By attending, you consent to such recordings unless you notify us otherwise. Arab Women United is not responsible for any outcomes resulting from the application of shared knowledge.

1. Program Changes and Cancellations

Arab Women United reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any program, workshop, or event at its discretion. This includes but is not limited to changes in:

  • Notification: We will make reasonable efforts to inform members of changes as soon as possible, though we are not liable for any inconveniences caused by such changes.

By joining Arab Women United, members agree not to engage in activities that directly compete with the nonprofit’s mission or operations.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Offering similar programs, services, or workshops that target the same audience without prior written consent from Arab Women United.

  • Using the knowledge, tools, or materials acquired through Arab Women United for personal gain that conflicts with the values or goals of the organization.

Conflict of Interest: If any member identifies a conflict of interest, they are required to inform the administrators immediately to determine appropriate steps for resolution.

8. Payment Terms

If you select a paid membership option, you are required to commit to at least three (3) months of payments before you can cancel your subscription. Payments are due on the agreed-upon billing date. Should a member miss a payment, they will have a grace period of one (1) week to submit the overdue amount. Failure to make payment within this period will result in removal from the program. If a member wishes to rejoin after being removed, they must do so at the current membership rate, which may differ from the previous rate at the time of enrollment.

  • Annual Membership: If you select the annual membership option, payment is due for the entire year at the time of enrollment. Annual memberships are non-refundable. Once payment is made, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Due to the nature of the program, which primarily consists of digital content and services, all payments are non-refundable. We encourage members to carefully consider their financial commitment before enrolling.

1. Payment Authorization and Billing

By joining Arab Women United, you authorize us to charge the selected payment method for your membership fees. For recurring monthly or annual memberships, the payment will automatically renew unless canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy.

  • Recurring Charges: Members are responsible for ensuring their payment method is valid and up to date. If your payment fails or is declined, you will have a grace period of seven (7) days to update your payment information or make the necessary payment.

  • Failed Payments: If payment is not successfully received within the grace period, you will be removed from the program and must re-enroll at the current rate.

  • Payment Confirmation: You will receive confirmation of your payment via email. In the event of a discrepancy with the charge, please contact us within thirty (30) days from the transaction date.

9. Membership Termination Policy

Arab Women United reserves the right to remove any member at any time without explanation if their behavior is deemed inappropriate, harmful, or misaligned with the values of the nonprofit. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Disruptive or disrespectful conduct.
