Yes! Arab Women United thrives because of the passion and dedication of volunteers. From supporting workshops to helping us with outreach, there are many ways to get involved. You can visit our Volunteer Page to apply and we’ll connect you with opportunities that match your skills and interests.
At this time, AWU does not have any staff openings and we are not actively hiring. However, we encourage those who are passionate about our mission to get involved through volunteering or participating in our programs.
Our programs are hosted both in-person and virtually. In-person workshops are held across different community hubs in Detroit, while many of our sessions — including Thrive, Entrepreneurship & Financial Empowerment, and SheLeads — are also available online to ensure accessibility.
